I am using the Bovada betting interface to provide an example of esports betting. In this example “Counter Strike – Global Offensive” is the game. The participants are SPLYCE & Compexity. Both a spread bet and a money line bet are available. SPLYCE is favored with a -1.5 spread. If you do not want to give the 1.5 and just want to bet on SPLYCE to win the money line odds are -250. This would mean you would have to bet $250 to win $100. So, if I bet the $250 on SPLYCE my total return from the casino would be the $350.
