Miami vs Washington State Pick

2015 Sun Bowl El Paso Texas Preview

Sportsbetting
Miami (Fla.) won four of its final five games after the firing of head coach Al Golden to finish a respectable 8-4. In the final game before the Mark Richt era begins, the Hurricanes will face Washington State for the first time in school history, after the Huskies improved by five wins from the 2014 season.

Miami kicker Michael Badgley led the FBS with 25 made field goals this season, and made 8-of-10 from beyond 40 yards.

MIAMI
Miami is 4-1 SU in its last 5 games
The total has gone OVER in 4 of Miami’s last 6 games
WASHINGTON STATE
Washington State is 6-2 SU in its last 8 games
The total has gone UNDER in 4 of Washington State’s last 5 games

Hurricanes vs Cougars

The Miami defense will be the difference in this game. Washington State can put up some points but the offensive line can be beat by athletic defensive linemen. The team speed of the Miami defense should be able to neutralize the the Cougars offense. On the other side of the ball, the Washington State defense is a liability. I don’t see Miami score a lot but they will score enough to win as a slight dog.
